I finally sat down and put some of my images from Martina Franca together in a book printed by the wonderful Artifact Uprising.

If you haven't heard of Artifact Uprising, their aim is to get your images off your device and printed in to the form of cards, prints, calendars or photo books, however they are so much more than just a printing company. Their story is humble, inspirational and excitedly, has only really just begun. As photographers themselves, good quality products and service are at the heart at what they do, and it shows.

I first fell in love with Artifact Uprising when I got a set of note cards printed that I used as Christmas gift cards last year, the paper quality was just sublime. I've ordered a couple of different products from them now and their service is always exceptional. Delivery is also pretty quick with it only ever taking about a week once shipped to get it from the US. So I didn't think twice about using them to print a little keepsake of my Italy trip starting with a selection of my Martina Franca images.

After selecting my images, setting out the pages and putting the book together took me a good day or so to do. Their online editor is quite easy and simple to use, once you get the hang of it - so I'm sure if I'd sat down and focused solely on it, it probably would have only taken me a few hours! With a minimum of 40 pages (I chose the Softcover Photobook) I was able to compile a pretty good selection of images, although I could have also added further pages to it if I had wanted to.

It's one thing get a photo printed, but I'm just over the moon with how the book came out. I can't wait to get cracking on my next one.
